Behavioral design is often positioned as a discipline specifically oriented toward creating behavioral change. Yet when it comes to learning environments, it’s perhaps more critical to recognize how the conditions in which we teach, learn, and interact can impact a broad array of behaviors. Given the move to remote learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, it’s perhaps more important than ever to understand how these design choices impact how we learn in order to achieve the interactions and outcomes we’re looking to achieve.
